The IPDC Menu Card for Climate Adaptation Plans was developed to support islands in developing their Climate Adaptation Plan. Based on the IPDC Triple A Framework (Analysis, Ambition, Action), the Menu Card was applied to connect adaptation planning to existing local initiatives and processes, map ongoing activities, identify priority needs, and determine where targeted support could add the most value.

The Menu Card outlines key activities for each phase of the Triple A Framework, including enabling conditions. It can be used to assess the status of adaptation planning, identify gaps, and support discussions on priorities and next steps in different contexts.
